Your information, kept simple.
This notice explains what Vernon Family (Pty) Ltd collects through vernonfamily.solutions, why, and how you can see, correct or delete it. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- Your answers in the chat on our homepage, saved as you go, even if you stop before the end.
- Your name, email address and phone number, if you choose to share them.
We don't ask for health or patient information, and we don't want it. Please don't type any into the chat. If you do, we'll delete it.
Why we collect it
Only to understand your business, decide whether we can help, prepare for a call with you, and get back to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who can see it
Only Vernon. Your information is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and the website runs on Vercel. If you book a call, Calendly handles the booking. These providers may store data outside South Africa, under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after we last spoke, unless we end up working together. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email ceo@vernonfamily.solutions from the address you gave us, and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
